Industrial & Experimental Steam Turbines

Our business division for new turbines manufactures industrial steam turbines in the low performance sector as back-pressure, condensing and extraction turbines. Thanks to a flexible module system they can be made to suit exactly the operating conditions and the customers’ requirements.

Our turbines can be used in many fields, for example as drives for pumps, blowers or compressors in the chemical industry, as a drive for sugar mills in the food industry, as steam or gas expansion turbines to drive generators or as extraction turbines for cogeneration of heat and power.

Our steam turbines cover the following performance range:

• Live steam temperature (max.): 520°C
• Live steam pressure (max.): 120 bar (a)
• Exhaust steam pressure(max.): 25 bar (a)
• Output speed: up to 16000 1/min
• Output: up to 3000 kW

If requested we can also provide the service for our turbines, from installation and commissioning up to maintenance and revision.
