Direct drive turbines FTL
The turbines of the type FTL stand out due to their simple and cost-efficient construction. The turbine rotor is set in antifriction bearings, has a pressure stage, a single annulus rotor disc and a reverse chamber to increase the efficiency factor.

Direct drive turbines FTA/C for high revolutions
The turbines of the type FTA/C are designed for operation with high revolutions. They have a pressure stage and the rotor disc is provided according to the operation conditions as an action disc (A-Rad) or as a Curtis disc (C2-Rad) . The turbines are provided with friction bearings.

Geared turbines GFT
In order to achieve an optimal efficiency factor of the turbines with low revolutions they are operated at high revolutions which are reduced by an integrated gearing. The turbine shaft serves here also as the pinion shaft of the gearing.

Customized models

Besides the standard models we also supply single stage, supported-on-both-sides axial flow turbines, which also meet the API standards. For research at universities our experimental turbines with variable rotor discs (A-Rad/C2-Rad) are particularly well suited.

Technical Details Construction
All our turbines are built as a single stage, overhung and axial flow construction. The overhung suspension allows a quick-start in a few seconds from cold condition, as all housing parts can expand unimpeded. All the turbines in this group can be supplied as horizontal or vertical models.
